But we also make the most of the potential of technology and the Internet to improve our service to brokers.We asked our brokers how we could improve our service in the UK Cargo market: what could we do to serve them and their clients better? But they also particularly asked for immediate responses to requests for quotations, with the ability to take up quotations and deliver documentation to clients on demand.
We have responded to these requests comprehensively, with:

- A range of online services which empowers our brokers to serve their clients quickly and professionally.
What's more, we've completely overhauled our Freight proposition. By listening to and working with our clients and brokers, we have come up with a new solution to the ongoing problems of the freight industry - inaccurate and slow documentation, limited cover, cumbersome quote and renewal processes - and developed our new freight service: A-Z Freight.
Our enhanced and broadened freight proposition provides comprehensive freight liability cover in a simple, fast and efficient way. A core part of this new service is our improved, competitive freight liability policy wording to cater for the specific needs of our clients in the freight industry. And following the success of our Duet Cargo facility, A-Z Freight is also delivered via our online trading platform - providing simple quotes and inception processes, instant documentation and quick turnaround!
